Ashia says she'll never trust Educare again, "No, not at all. I hate to say it, because I really did like them, but after this (I can't)."

Ashia has filed a report with Tulsa Police and the Department of Human Services about the incident here at Educare. We checked into the facilities record with DHS. The facility has one complaint about supervision from February, but the status of that complaint is "unsubstantiated."

Right now, Madilynn is on medication to treat her burns and help her with the pain.

"They have her on loratabs. That's ridiculous that she has to be on loratabs because she's just a baby," Ashia said.

She'll find out in a few months if there's any permanent damage.

"For that I have to go back to the doctor, they're going to make sure she has no nerve damage or anything like that.If you have all the right materials and equipment,ladiesshoes."

Ashia says Educare initially said they'd help pay for Madilynn's medical bills. When FOX23 News asked the daycare if they planned to help the family, they wouldn't answer.

People who attended the final day of the Salem Art Fair & Festival today took cover from the rain under raincoats, umbrellas and Bush's Pasture Park's trees.

Ross Mazur, an artist from Sedona, Ariz., was surprised to see visitors attending the event.

“They're used to this sort of thing,” Mazur said about the visitors. “They're coming out despite the rain, and they have their umbrellas with them.”

It was the first time Mazur showcased his hand-made paper wall sculptures of many colors at the Salem Art Fair.

The rain was nothing new to Claribel Rodriguez, who took shelter from the wet stuff under a white tent that displayed her husband's bubblism paintings.

Seager ascends rapidly to majors

Kyle Seager didn't just take the fast track to the major leagues. He was speeding while on the fast track.

Less than a year after finishing his season with High Desert, Seager made his major league debut with the Mariners on July 7, going 0-for-4 in a loss to the Angels.

“It's been amazing, going through the system and going through each level,” said Seager before the Mariners July 8 game in Anaheim. “It's been a great run and hopefully I'll continue to do well up here and stick around for a while.”

A third round draft pick in 2009 out of North Carolina, Seager hit .345 with 14 home runs and 74 RBIs with the Mavericks in 2010. “It's a big offensive park and a lot of guys will put up big numbers there and then they go to the next level and it doesn't necessarily translate,” Seager said. “It's been nice that it's kind of remained for me. It's a good place to hit and you can get rewarded there for sure.”

He hit .312 with 25 doubles and 37 RBIs in 66 games with Double-A Jackson earlier this season before being promoted to Triple-A Tacoma, where he hit .455 with two home runs and 12 RBIs in just 12 games before getting the call to the majors.

In four games, he has gone 1-for-12 with a single, but Mariners manager Eric Wedge said he has confidence in Seager.

“I'm just getting a peek at him, but he's a good all-around baseball player,” Wedge said. “I thought he handled himself well in his debut. He handled himself well at third base, he was up at home plate ready to hit and competed up there.”

As Seager moves forward with his promising big league career, he said he'll fondly remember his time in the High Desert.

“I had a lot of fun there, met a lot of nice people, played in some real nice parks and it was nice seeing California,” he said. “I'd never really been out here,The tiffany consists of eight smaller individual cubes. so it was real nice to see the state.”
