On Monday, the 68-year-old was stationed at his usual spot with his table and displays advertising his latest fundraising mission: selling tickets to support a Knights of Columbus' arthritis fundraiser, a charity he is especially fond of.
The number of ticket books he sells has increased from the mid-500s to 1,500 last year.
This year he hopes to sell 2,000 books.
"I put in twice as much work for the Arthritis Society," he says.
