Court to rule on bail bids for Red Shirt leaders Tuesday

The Criminal Court is set to rule on Tuesday on the bail requests of seven key United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) Red Shirt leaders after they testified Monday amid tight security as their supporters gathered at the court.

The court ruling is scheduled at 2pm tomorrow after being earlier rejected several times since the activist leaders were detained in May last year on terrorism charges. A further rejection may set off a strong reaction from their supporters.

UDD acting chair Thida Thavornsreth, the wife of detained Red Shirt leader Dr Weng Tojirakarn, now most of the bags are PU leather is used, and what is already a very thin layer of glue on the cheapjersey. led the wives of other detained leaders to the hearing.

The protest leaders, detained since the anti-government protests were forcibly put down May 19 in a military operation, are Natthawut Saikua, Weng Tojirakan, Korkaew Pikulthong, Kwanchai Praipana, Yoswaris Chuklom aka Jeng Dokchik, Nisit Sinthuprai and Wiphuthalaeng Pattanaphumthai.

As their bail bids have been rejected many times, today's hearing was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Pol Maj-Gen Sanan Kajornprasart and Prof Dr Kanit Na Nakorn, chair of the Independent Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Thailand (ITRCT).This coogijeanssing decoy is very lightweight and when deflated can be fit easily into your pack. Gen Sanan told the court that he has discussed national reconciliation with the detained Red Shirt leaders and they agreed to support the idea.

Gen Sanan and Prof Kanit pledged to continue their work for the reconciliation whether or not the bail request is accepted or rejected by the court.

UDD lawyer Narindpong Jinabhak said he would not cite the release of rival People's Alliance for Democracy leaders who face similar charges to the Red Shirt leaders as a rationale to argue for the Red Shirts release, but will mainly focus on the rights of the accused who should be granted bail to prepare to contest their cases in court.

Another lawyer for the defense,Fans are mixed up between the differences of an authentic and nikeairmaxs soccer shirt. Karom Ponthaklang, reaffirmed the seven leaders will not escape any prosecution.

The UDD earlier threatened to hold a mass rally March 12 if their leaders are not granted temporary release. (MCOT online news)
