Haitian human rights groups call for halt to "Baby Doc" Duvalier

Groups, human rights advocates on Monday called for Haitian authorities to arrest and accuse the former dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier for crimes against humanity, after his surprise return after 25 year exile.
