The self-proclaimed work-aholic also is confident in her ability to set herself apart from the Belk and Dil-lard's of the clothing world. Her new location in Pratt-ville sits right next to retail giant Belk in the High Point Town Center on the north side of Cobbs Ford Road across from Bass Pro Shops.
She moved her first store location in Prattville from along Cobbs Ford to the new center just before Thanks-giving. She originally opened the store in 2006. Her Montgomery location in Old Cloverdale saw its first cus-tomers in 2007.
She believes what she of-fers four years of loyal River Region clients is personal service they can't receive anywhere else. And the clothes that flow from the racks are special as well, she said.
"I have a keen eye for style and unique pieces," she said, refusing to disclose what spring fashions will be featured at her stores. "And I have one-of-a-kind clothes that department stores don't have. When you go into Belk and Dillard's you have to find your own way. Here, you are treated with utmost respect."
The respect is mutual. Some customers even ask Pittman to come to their homes and help them pack outfits to take on trips. The women trust her judgment on what looks good on them. The trust leads to a devoted following.
"We sell a lot of party,But even that will not stop the price of cotton clothing like t-shirts and Polo Shirts from going up. game-day,LeatherPaks introduces the new Parinda line of faux Leather handbags. Christmas and New Year's Eve party dress-es," she said.
The two stores total more than 3,000 square feet of clothing options. The inven-tory includes everything from cute tops to jeans and dresses. In addition to clothes, The Look also sells jewelry,Leland(R) developed this out of necessity for their own business of making steel CO2 cylinders for marine inflatable life jackets.inflatable life jackets handbags, shoes and accessories.

Q: Why did you open your first store?
A: I was a bored house-wife, so I decided to open the store in 2006.
